I am fully committed to safeguarding the welfare, safety, and rights of all children. I endeavour to plan and deliver all programmes and sessions in accordance with best practice in child safeguarding, placing the welfare of the child at the centre of my professional practice. Where working within existing settings, I strive to contribute to environments that are safe, inclusive, and respectful, and that support participation, confidence, and positive development.

I am Garda vetted in accordance with the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Acts 2012–2016.
I have completed Sport Ireland Safeguarding 1: Child Welfare & Protection (Basic Awareness) training.
